Return Policy

CNI Office Supplies will issue a refund for any product
returned within 30 days of purchase. Product must be
in original packaging, un-opened, and sent back to us
at the address below. If the product was shipped to
you in error, CNI will refund the price of the product
and the return shipping costs. If the error was not
CNI's fault, the customer is responsible for shipping
charges. Please note that the item codes on the boxes
may differ from the ones on our website. Different
manufacturers may use different codes for the same
item. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all orders returned.

Once the returned items are received in our warehouse,
we will inspect them and process the refund or
replacement. Our normal turnaround time is 3 business
days. Your original method of payment will be credited
after your return is received.

Customers are required to contact CNI for all products
they wish to return. Once a return authorization is
given, customers must send all returns to the
